I changed a few values in the timing tables and now...all of a sudded my CEL comes on and stays that way. That has NEVER happened before. Oh, and...the dashlights are on full time. This must be a nifty new feature!

Ok.. from what I know, my dash lights are on all the time too, at least the instrument cluster, the dimmer portion works when I turn on my headlights though..

the CEL.. Well, if you can tell me what it is, it'll make things easier.. but its likely you triggered something inadvertantly and probably just need to clear it once you find out what it is.

 

I hope you mean the instrument cluster lights, not all those indicator lamps for SES, Oil pressure, etc... If it is, take the utec out and see if it goes away..

 

Well, I guess I've just never noticed the dash light before. Hmmmmm. First nighttime tuning.
