I picked up a used S-AFC2 (it was super cheap, I just couldn't pass it up) with harness but I don't have my guage package installed yet. (Boost, A/F, and EGT) The only mods I have are oil catch and K&N filter. I'm wondering if it will do anything for me or if it is worth it to install the S-AFC unit? It'll be a couple of weeks before I get my gauges in. (There is a backorder issue.)

You will be able to get some power by taking a little fuel out of the top end, but without your A/F ratio and EGT, it is difficult to do so safely. When I purchased my SAFC, I also purchased a wideband to make sure I didn't lean the car out too much. If I were you, I would wait until I have the gauges so I could monitor the effects of the changes.
