i ordered my springs 2 weeks ago,and no one will answer the phone or email me back? whuts the deal?

Did you actually try calling during their normal business hour 10am-7pm PACIFIC TIME? chances are, you probably called during their off hours. BTW, Which email address did u email them? Try calling again and they should take care of you.
