I think it would be a cool job for a college student to have to make some $$$ on the side and if he is into hooking up cars then he can benefit from buying stuff at cost...trust me I know because when I was in college I worked part time as an installer and salesman at a local speedshop here in NYC....I enjoyed it and got discounts on parts for my 95 Integra GSR, but in the end I realized that it was a dead end position.

The next time I work in a speedshop is when i actually own it, have people working for me and call all the shots

now, were not ******* Group-s. It wouldnt matter who advertised. My whole point is that i couldnt make it here in AZ on $13, Cali would be worse. Maybe some high school kid....dont know. (i have bought several things from group-s and will buy from again. Their shipping time is second to none) Just wanted to clear that up... Ray

i think that this job can be great for:

a young single person who has no house payments etc..
likes to work on cars and enjoy this business

don't forget guys, even if you start low doesn't mean that it stays that way. i am sure that you will have planty of options to move ahead after a short period and also think of what a great oppertunity it is for people who want to get into the biz.

i am from Boston which is just as bad as Cali and i have many ffriends who work for $12 an hour and they are doing just fine. it is when you get a bit older where you need alot more money...
