Are you guys ok over there?

Can someone contact me preferably managment in regard to my third attempt to fix an order error. I have tried to purchase the 52mm gauge panel for my Evo Ix mr and for the third time you have sent me the 60mm. At this point I am pretty tired and am wondering if you even make the 52mm. I have purchased plenty of goods from you guys in the past but this is getting to me considering that this is the third attempt of sending them back and receiving the same 60mm. The contact also stated that he would send me a return label so that I would not have to pay for shipping again. The last name on my account is Moretti that should give you my information to contact me. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you on 6-7-06. Rob,

Thanks!

Yeah, it's almost made me want to keep it but , with just purchasing a turbo kit amongst other things I just can't spend the money for the BF's. So far doing buisness with Grupp's has been great. A few minor bumps here and there but they seem to know what they are talking about. The sad thing is that I live like 20 minutes from AMS. I like the place and have bought'n minor thing's with them but, they are so busy that I just don't feel I should bother them until I need a tune or something major. Thanks for the respect, I appreciate it! Seeng I have been donig this import thing for like 12 years now.

Robert,

I spoke to you over the phone and requested pictures. I've been trying to contact you all day via the number you gave us for your invoice. Please call us when you get the chance.

We distinctly remember issueing you a 52mm. We looked at it before packaging. So unless it was switched out on the way to you, there is no way it could be a 60mm.

Therefore...

Send us some pictures please. My email is daniel@gruppe-s.com

Please email the pictures to me asap. This is the first time this has happend to us. Making a mistake in shipping 3 times!

Thanks man..

Daniel

Maybe I'm crazy!

I was told that this would fit the stock MR gauges which are 52mm correct? I am not at all tring to discredit you buisness. I will try to install the gauge into it first. It just looks somuch larger when I hold it up to the gauge like it will slip through the hole. Anyone that reads this must understand that Grupp'S is an outstanding evom vender and if this fits I will totally apolagize. Thanks for the response and I will call you on Wed. You must have my old number on file.l

oh no, MR gauges are probably 45mm if that, they look like the older HKS and blitz mini-gauges, but no way they are 52mm. So, the panel will be too big for the MR gauges, allright!

ummm, yeah, stock MR gauges are far less than 52 mm.

It's simple, get a tape measure. 52mm = 2-1/16" and 60mm = 2-3/8"

Stupid mistake!

My buddy was talkin about the gauge panel so I could move my Alpine stereo to a spot I could actually read it. He said that Grupp's sold the panel for this, so I called and said that I needed a panel not the 60mm to move my stock gauges because i didn't feel like spending all the extra cash to read them everytime i drive it. Regardless, It was a fault on my part but even when I stated what I was doing on the phone no one said anything. Ohwell, Grupp's I apalogize and will be ordering some more shortly! Thanks and sorry for the headache's, Robert

Robert,

Thanks for clearing this up. I was shocked that we could have possibly made that mistake twice. I even physically looked at the 2nd panel before we sent it out.

Hope everything works out!

Radio Relocation? You can easily swap the radio and stock gauges. No extra panels and no extra parts needed. Just a simple swap.

Here are a couple of links for it:

Yeah, but the swapong looks very unclean to me. The panel that they sell lokks nice. Just a personal preference.
