Don't return phone calls, story changes from day to day. I was told all the paper work were done for 2 weeks but ended up tell me that they can't sell me the car because I wanted it shipped out of state. I clearly stated from the first day I was going to arrange all the transportation, and was clearly told that it wasn't going to be a problem and that they do this type of sales all the time. After 2 weeks of wasting my time, I had to call to find out that "they no longer ship cars out of state". I didn't even get a sorry or any sort of apology from the seller for wasting my time.
