Dave,

You have been VERY neglectful in getting this issue resolved. I am asking you to please refund me the $65 like you had promised so we can both move on from this incident. I will attempt to call you after I write you this message...again...for the 1000th time...

EvoMstaff: Here is the abbreviated short story.

- Purchased item in April
- Package was lost by UPS
- File was finally claimed with UPS after I asked Dave to do it MANY times
- UPS finalized everything and told Dave that he was going to receive a refund
- Dave and I agreed that he was going to refund my money
- It's been a few weeks and I am still waiting

Dave has been absolutely ZERO help in all of this. I had to call UPS myself and then give Dave very simple step-by-step instructions the whole way through. I have had to initiate ALL phone and PM conversations and more times than not I have been ignored and/or never received a reply. Dave has been the least respectful, least professional, and the most incompetent person that I have come across in a long time.
