After a month of excuses, never sent Tcase, stopped responding all together.

After agreeing to a price for a Transfer case, I paid by Paypal. Then it would take many days to get a response, according to him he must have been working 24/7. When I did get a response, Andrew came up with excuse after excuse why he could not yet send the transfer case.
Excuses included that it needed to be put together, even though he told me it had already been gone through and was in one piece. Then the shop broke the cover. Then he said he would send me his out of his car, but then could not get it out, and then said he sent the car to a shop to get it out, and that is the last I heard from him.
After a month, I asked for my money back. Then after no response at all I had to file dispute with Paypal to get my money back.
I messaged him through EvoM, emailed directly, text messaged his phone and called. Did not get any response at all. Paypal sent him messages also, and he never responded to them either.
