Item was advertised as BNIB, but when received it was heavily scratched. I requested a small amount of money back to offset the reduced value due to scratches. Seller would not agree to partial refund.

I agreed to refund the shipping amount of $19.80 due to the fact of had I known the scratch was there I would have disclosed it like I have done in every other for sale thread I have created (if flaws were evident). Look at my feedback rating, perfect until this person noticed a small scratch on a BRAND NEW, NEVER USED, DISPLAY/FLOOR MODEL item. Buyer refused to accept this as a refund. Buyer initially wanted $30 and when he didn't get it, he resorted to filing a claim in which he now wants $40. I was gracious enough to even offer some type of refund and now giving this guy in inch has resulted in him wanting a mile. Go figure.

Issue was resolved finally.
