If you have to ask then it's probably not worth what you'll spend to make it work. My big note: Complete lack of extractors. If you wanted to build yourself a truly 2nd rate turbo setup and spend a whole lot of man hours and extra cash on it then it might be something to consider. Otherwise I'd avoid it.

I'm beginning to think we should create a "look what I found on ebay" forum.

Not to mention something probably isn't kosher if he's selling a T3 60 in a kit like that and charging that little. I don't think the 4g94 would have a very fun time spooling that thing anyway, but that's just me.

That's one big turbo. Definitely want a turbo cam that'll hold the exhaust side open longer to get that thing spooling properly. I'm sure as hell under stock conditions the Lancer doesn't have the powerband width to get that spooled. Let's not forget attaching the exhaust manifold to the turbo or creating some sort of return pipe system. Then need to make sure you get an FPR and making sure you've got it rigged up so it'll fit your stock exhaust as well as making sure you've got at least a cone filter an MAS adapter for the intake side... Can't stress enough a turbo isn't "bolt on".

He doesn't need to know about Lancers per se, just about turbos and their efficiency and all that fun what not along with turbo size in regards to the engine size. If you're just doing it for the turbo, you can find better ones used (the 16B off of Eclipses, TD04's from 3KGT's [same as stock Rex's]) probably and get them rebuilt for less.
