need some help w/ fuel issues RRM Turbo

ok did futher driving of it. heres what i saw. (1st of all my here is the AFG im reading. http://www.plxdevices.com/M-Series_productinfo.htm )
ok....so i did a number of things. 1st i was goin 60mph 4th gear...so i was at about 3000rpm. i ease into boost (1-2.5psi)and ratio drop to 11.5-12...no problem ther....so then i floor it....14-14.5(no fmu working) so then at exacly 5000rpm..BAM! 11.5-12 AFR. so i figure i try this in 3rd....so im goin about 60mph put it in 3rd about 4100rpm....floor it.....stays at 14-14.5(fum not working untill about 5700rpm) then i shift the 4th....starts out at 14 then quickly drops (like 200-500rpm) to 11.5-12 AFR. I also did this in 5th goin about 60....and at 3000rpm is wher my AFR dropped. does anyone have idea? what if i didt recirc from the BOV and just went off the intake Manifold? i can deffiently feel the power diff when i run at 11.5-12AFR....ideas?

edit forgot to say that im running at about 5psi (what gauge says.)
