Apex SAFC II and Bog at idle
Hey guys,
If I purchase the APex SAFC II and have my Greddy BOV set VTA, will the SAFC remove the common idle problem. Because from what I understand everyone has said to recirculate my BOV. Thanks.

no dooode... it wont work... I've seen turbo kits, i work on turbo kits, i build them and i know well enough from working with RRM that you need to recirculate them unless you go a whole new stand alone besides stock ecu

Here is what it says on thier site:
Some vehicles equipped with hot-wire air flow meters with forced induction units may experience engine stalling when the throttle is let off. This can be caused by a blow off valve releasing into the atmosphere, lack of a blow-off valve, or the use of a very large turbocharger. By using the Deceleration Air Flow Correction function, the S-AFC can prevent the engine from stalling. Please note that this function can ONLY be used on vehicles with hot wire type air flow meters. Please also note that if this value reads **** then this parameter is not functional.
So this function will not cure lancers only or is it just wastefull function of the AFC on all veichles?
Would it be okay to place the mas sensor on the pressure side. So it would be Air filter - Turbo - Intercooler - BOV - MAS - Throttle Body? Sorry for insisting on this VTA path but I am trying to learn the context of which things work or wont. Thanks.
