2g eclipse internals

I was searching and found out that the RA and 2g eclipse's internals are almost the same? and you can use 2g eclipse JE forced pistons and rods on RA 4g69? How about for regular lancer 4g94? any similarity?

Thanks,
John

FIrst off, I dont know how accurate your statements are seeing that the Ralliart Lancer's pistons are 87mm and the Eclipse are 85mm. So using Eclipse internals in a Ralliart would require sleeving the block or something along those lines. So I dont know if you can use the Eclipse internals on a RA, unless you get the stroker pistons (I dont know the dimension on the strokers). Now going back to the base question. I dont seeing using RA pistons or rods in a Lancer either. Lancer's pistons are 81.5mm and boring your block 6.5mm is impossible. From experience, I can see boring our blocks at MOST 1mm, before jeopardizing structural integrity. Also, the rod length would be a problem. I think I recall the RalliArt being 100mm vs. 95.5 (???) for the Lancer.

However, I could be way off base. It's late and I am tired, but I dont think that we can get off that easy.

If you want JEs and don't want to pay RRM, get some custom ones. They do sell them if you call.
