Your fuel pressure should be around 40psi I believe. 38psi if I remember correctly. You MUST have a leak somewhere in your fuel system. I'd recommend checking the injectors seals . Check the o-rings on the feed end of the innjector and the seals where the injector sits in the intake manifold. It'll cost about next to nothing to replace both.

Anyone has run 12:1 with stock injectors before? Maybe you are running past the injector duty cycle and they cant keep up.

Two bolts hold the rail down. Remove, and lift. Then pop out the injectors. It may take a firm tug or a little twisting, but they'll come right out. It's a lot easier if you disconnect all the choil packs and spark plugs because it'll give your hands a little room. You'll wanna depressurize the fuel system before you do this too, or else you're gonna spill fuel all over the engine bay.

No, you don't want to crank the car at all. Don't even put it in key-on. Both turn on the fuel pump. I'm pretty sure just opening the cap on the fuel tank is enough. It's not going to kill you to spill a little fuel, and it evaporates pretty quickly. But if you have any electricity/sparks or fire nearby...it'd be wise not to risk it.

Yeah, pretty much. The two bolts that hold the fuel rail down to the intake manifold. Oh! I almost forgot. There are two black plastic spacers that are about 3/4" tall. Don't lose them. I mean you don't NEED them per se, but they keep your injectors at the proper angle, so it's best not to drop them and then run them over.

Fuel pump would be my next guess... change that and see if it corrects it. Also when you installed the fuel pump you did put the screen/sock back on right? If you don't do that any debris that gets in the tank(from filling up/etc) will get sucked into your fuel system.

Try switching the pump to a new one... you said you had a spare right?
