By the way you need divx to view it. Otherwise you will just hear it. http://www.divx.com/divx/download/
Cool. I thought you might have done it in 3rd because the torque was so high relative to HP. I'm a bit surprised the powerband looks the way it does. What exhaust is on it? There's gotta be some sort of restriction, because I'm pretty sure every turbo Lancer I've seen has been putting out more HP than torque. Not saying this to criticize (as there's nothing wrong with that), just an observation.
2.5" downpipe and 2.5" cat-back exhaust which we made. And it still has a cat. But we flanged the cat and we're going to make him a cat eliminator so when he needs a few extra horses the cat can be taken off and replaced in 10 minutes or less.
Air/Fuel, IC piping size, intercooler, turbo, intake manifold, throttle body can effect torque. Max torque happens when your engine reaches VE (Volumetric Efficiency). Where the car is at right now is pretty good, max torque comes in real low which is great for street driving. For a drag car the setup would be different.
Heres a little article on VE if your interested. http://www.epi-eng.com/ET-VolEff.htm

Yesterday we turned the boost up to 7PSI and tuned the car. Torque raised a litted and HP raised alot. The car is running great, so far no problems, no check engine light & the a/f is near perfect. I'll post some numbers and maybe another video soon.
