first of all, i only see two people really helping you at all so i wouldn't count out "mostly everyone on this board." second, they wouldn't be dicks unless this thread is a repost.

and for the impedance thing, eclipse injectors are low impedence. they have a stock resistor box you could probably transfer over if you can get your hands on one to make it work. stock lancer injectors are high impedence so they require more voltage to use. most of this stuff have been covered in a bunch of threads already.

boe touched up on it in a thread somewhere he listed or mentioned what was needed for the setup as well as some tips for hooking it up. for the RRM turbo kit in particular, they don't supply any hardware for water cooling although the turbo does support it. both the t-25 and t-28.

so theoretically i could use a 1g resistor pack with the injectors right? now im starting to think of finding 370cc for his lancer to do away with that problem...

On one hand, your attitude really stinks.

On the other, you can use the resistor pack. Honda guys do it all the time. Conversely, you can find high impedance injectors in just about most sizes suitable for your boost levels. Soem Celicas, RX-7s, other Mitsus etc. have high impedance injectors.

The problem being (depending upon size) your stock ECU may not be able to handle such a large upgrade. You could probably go up to about 330 without any real annoyances, but beyond that you may run into idle stability issues. Piggyback computers may be able to remedy some of that, but well...if you read the threads on piggybacks you'll see that they also leave a lotto be desired, and that the Lancer's ECU doesn't care much for them.

Again, you could stand to do more research. You will NEVER know everything you want to know. I've been studying turbo systems, EFI and engine management in my free time for nearly 3 years now and each answer leads to another question. Some of these guys have way more experience than I do. And trust me, this has all been covered because the majority of my knowledge was based on information from these forums. Aside from that there are a few really good links in the tech forums for EFI, turbos, fuel, exhausts and just about anything you could possibly need to dig your nose into to get a more than rudimentary understanding of building a turbo kit for most cars.

No kidding repost. I am getting a little tired of posting the list of things a turbo kit would need. Run a search and you'll find all the information you'll need.
