Question Turbo help

Hi i was wondering if anyone heard of a coolent cooled turbo not a oil and coolent just coolent i couldnt find any info on it the exact turbo is a HKS no.348-T28
And if there is such a thing then how good are they? Thanks

never heard of a turbo running only on coolant. don't think they exist. HKS turbos for mitsubishis seem to only be for turbo models where both coolant and oil lines are reused. there are turbos that can be run oil only, but not coolant only. the HKS turbos are also garrett turbos modified or hybrids. the t28 in their eclipse setup seems to be a t3 flanged journal bearing t28.

thanks for clearing that up for me cause i am in the market for a turbo and one of my co-workers was telling me about a t28 that he has. Well il talk to him again and if he still insists that is only coolent cooled il post up a pic
