Tuning confusion
(long post)
I'm completly confused on what I should be using to tune my car. I've installed the turbo kit from RRM that I got from Twinkiemobile. It's the stage-0 t-28 w/o intercooler. I know I'm running rich but I'm not detonating. I'm alot slower than what I should be as I believe I should be somewhere in the 14s and I lost to a 14.7sec car. I've seen some people using safc-1/2. What about emanage? What are the pro/cons to each. Would Megasquirt work for the Lancer? Also who would I go to to tune the car? There's no reputible shop in my area.

non-ic'd is not going to be that fast without a great launch on slicks. Sorry but on street tires i was getting an average of 15's and 15.2's.
To get into the 14's you'll wan to go intercooled and that will get you in that range.
DO NOT lean out the car on non-ic'd setup... you will blow up your motor. The non-ic'd kit runs hot due to no intercooler. There is a limit of how far you can push that kit due to the heat. Leave it alone until you're intercooled.
