That's the way RRM's kit is anyways. From all the ones I've seen they are all recirculating. Is there anyway to have it vent to ATMS or is that just not the way to go?

thanks, i didnt see that pipe coming off of the bov. so since it is recirculating would it be running like a compressor bypass valve just louder or is it a whole different thing? i read the section on what the difference between a cbp and a bov and it seems thats what the cbv does just doesnt make all the same amount of noise

Ok, sorry if this is a dumb question but first I must say your setup is very nice...I love the fact that your car being an auto didn't stop you from doing this.

As far as yoru intake goes...I see the your battery is turned 90 deg...so essentially your intake is a CAI, right? Can this be done on any auto lancer?

I really would love to do an intake on my car but honestly would rather do CAI than SRI...any extra info you guys can provide would be very helpful.

thanks

I'm guessing your car is Auto?

I have an auto and at one time I did run a CAI. But the transmission ended up eating the pipe hence SRI it is. If you relocate the battery somehow to the trunk or in the position the EVO has it, which i haven't seen anyone do, then maybe you can custom pipe it..

ANYMORE pictures of TUrbo Setup on a 02-03 automatic....?

it's not that it destroys the CAI. It obstructs passage and forces the pipe to hit against the tranny which gets really hot and melts through the pipe.

I don't think we can, it'll cause the car to surge and turn off.
