I definately would go this way if I had the money. I don't even know if I'm getting any money back now that you know who has disappeared once again. But if I had a credit card, this would be my first credit rack up, trust me.

If there is a local Lancer guy 04-06 auto or 5 speed around interested, contact us. We can do a pack deal installed. We would like to do more tuning on site. We think we can get 9 psi out this setup with a little more tuning.

Does the kit have a snowball's chance in hell at ever attaining a carb legal status?

Rob didn't your turbo pass CARB in every way except cold start? I thought I remember reading that sometime ago. perhaps that is a possbility, it would be amazing and very hard it seems

They don't have to retest for the 06? I thought products needed to be tested on each new model year of car.
And no pass cold start = no carb cert?

that could be true i'm not too sure. i wouldn't be suprised. i doubt rrm wants to throw down cash and testing for every new year. although that would be an amazing marketing tool having an aftermarket turbo be legal. it certainly would make me feel a ton better about it, i'm afraid to put a header on due to DC emissions testing
