And for people who already installed a turbo kit from RRM...How did you like it?

Thanks
you should look on the other lancer threads of this forum to answer that question yourself.

We are not going to get greedy and make a unreliable kit for sure. No matter what you guys say you want for power. We will do what is right for the car, RRM and even you.

No trouble at all. You guys like to conclude things prematurely. We have not even run it yet but yesterday we finished it so it will be running within the week. The thing you guys do not remember is that this is a 10.5:1 comp motor. That means you gotta be careful, careful careful.

I am sure once rock and the RRM team get a chance to test the system, work the bugs out, get it tuned and dynoed, we all will get to see pics and get some numbers for it. Got to be patient, they are the only ones even close to having a system out for the 08 Lancer as far is i can see so give them a month to test and tune then ask what going on. I think we will be happy with the results... if its 180whp then great if it is more even better. We wont know until they get it perfect.... and then the fun begins!!

is this turbo kit for the 2.4L 4B12??? i thought CR was 10.0 for the 4B11??? i guess my question is will it be tuned with the 2.4 in mind, but of course will be compatible with the 2.0? looks like 4B11 gets the shaft again

no its for the 4b11, and if we only have 180whp this would be pointless honestly, 4 to 5 grand for 50whp

Well, we will have to wait and see what the Dyno tests show for the RRM kit. Then we can see if it's worth it. Until then, no use spatting over price because it's all speculation at this point, including Dyno numbers.

We fired it up today. Everything is looking good so far. Everything is so different from older kits. Fuel pumps, engine management, downpipes. IT all takes a long time. But I see the light at the end now!
