Why would you go with such a large turbo if you only plan on boosting 5 PSI?

why would you need a standalone to tune with that turbo? (ecuflash/evoscan?)

My buddy my give me a really good deal for his t3/t4 turbo, he was planning on installking it on his car but he is just gonna sell his car. I would really like to pick up this turbo but is it really gonna be worth it? if I first got it installed I would probably run 5psi but I would like to run around 10psi eventually. So I am just wondering if you guys think it would be worth it to use the t3/t4 turbo? thanks, and help and info is appreciated.

You can put any turbo on any car but whether it's a good idea depends on the specs.

just got off the phone with my friend and he said that he knows its a t3 turbo with a .58 A/R Ratio(i'm pretty sure thats what he said). Thats all he could give me right now cuz he was at work. I'll try and get the trim and stuff later

t3 turbo .58 A/R ratio i believe

.58 on the hotside or coldside? Could have a .70 intake housing and a .58 exhaust housing... which woouldn't spool up til forever

They were asking what car was your friend going to put it onto, not yours.
