What is the Maximum boost on stock internals?

I have a 2003 OZ Rally with an safc 2. 440cc Wrx injectors. RRM Header,RRM Fuel rail,RRM Throttle Body,RRM Intake Mandifold, RRM Pully, full exhaust, And a few other little things.
I have 44,000 miles on the car and i only drive it in the summer. And put no more then 4000 miles a year on it now. I have my work truck so i hardly drive my lancer.

How much boost could i do safley without blowing the motor and still put 4000 miles a year for 5 more years?

What size is the Tial External Wastegate in the RRM turbo kit? 38mm? any idea?

And for changing boost all i need todo is change the spring in the waste gate? How hard is this todo? Anything else?
Which spring should i choose?
Spring 1 .70 bar = 10.1526416 pounds per square inch
Spring 2 .80 bar = 11.603019 pounds per square inch
Spring 3 .90 bar = 13.0533964 pounds per square inch

I will have my car tunned by AMS as soon as i finish all the installs.
THANKS!!!!

I also wanted to note that if i must and if it would be safer i would use race gas of 105 Ocatane always. Could i boost even more safely?

The wastegate spring shouldn't be hard if your some what mechanically inclined. As for how much boost you can take I'm not sure I would like to know also for future reference on the Lancers.

What turbo are you running?

People around here are pushing 10 psi easy. Tuning is the key. SAFC won't cut it.
If you want more boost on stock internals then you have to retard the timing.

Yeah, kustomconcepts here has the rrm stage 2 kit with upgraded injectors, bigger intercooler, and is running 9.something-10 psi daily and its fine. For the wastegate spring, it only adjusts the minimum boost possible. So I think for example, a 7 psi spring means with no boost controller, you will be running 7 psi, and with a boost controller, you can adjust to higher boost, but no less than 7 psi. And it isn't hard to change. Just unbolting stuff. But as long as you're running safe boost, there are people here that have had an RRM kit for over 75,000 miles and no problems.

Why are you running 440 cc injectors when you're not turboed? Please read the FAQ in my sig which discusses maximum boost levels and other forced induction related topics.

Not sure about stock internals, but 10 psi seems to be the norm. But if you'll have 105 octane in the tank at all times, that'll definitely allow AMS to tune it up right!

I wouldn't recommend getting it tuned for 105 octane since that will really limit where you can go and what gas stations you can fill up at.

To change the wastegate spring you need to either-
Have someone helping you to keep the top from flying off when you unbolt it and hold it down when you bolt it back up
or
Have a Vise and put the WG in there
or
Have a strong grip and not be light weight (this method requires patience )
I have changed my wg spring a couple of times. Getting the 21psi combo springs in and out was kinda hard by hand. My wg is painted and I didn't want to scratch it on a vise.

I have the RRM Intercooled t-28 kit installed thats why i have 440cc injectors.
Any recommendations for a fuel management system?

What im getting from here is my safc2 is pretty useless.

If you already installed it, why don't you just check the instructions to find out how big the wastegate is or call them and ask?
The kit should come with an FMU.
You can get the RRM piggyback if you want to go stage 2, again call them and ask about it.
