So I heard he has a custom turbo on a 2008 CVT. Lets hope he reports his setup here.

 

Is it the black one with the ricey chrome side vents? If so he won't post ****, he's supposedly had the Turbo since he bought the car and hasn't done one vid or answered anyones specific questions in regards to his set-up. At first he thought it was an evo engine in a GTS!?!? And then he figured out it was just a Tuboe'd lancer engine that the dealership sold him as a special edition. So if it's the same guy don't get your hopes up!

 

first off who ever said i had a turbo when i bought the car? and whats this about a GTS with an evo engine wtf? lmao man get ur facts stright b4 u go postin **** about someone and as for a VID who wants 2 see an untuned car that will just go crazy at high rpms ill post vid and pic's when the thing is COMPLETELY DONE!

i didnt see this tread untill i accually looked in the turbo section i saw my name in the title but as u can see iv been kinda quiet on the turbo cuz i rather show not tell...lack of tuning got me a ittle set back also im waitin on a respond from xtreamboost...

i read a post somewhere that he was gonna take off the turbo last sunday or something like that because he cant get it tuned. he should've took pics. idk but it might just be me but im starting to doubt he ever had a turbo.

 

His car wasn't the first turbo '08 lancer. My lancer has been boosted since May of this year, also with no tune. These cars run into many problems when they see boost without a tune, thus there haven't been many real reports of boosted lancers out there yet. I have pushed as much as 14lbs but most the time I only ran 5-6lbs and that was sweet . I'll soon be running 8-10lbs on a Jestr tune
