I surely hope not, but they don't call it an accident for no reason.

You are running a 540hp turbo on a car making ~200whp, your temps arent going to be high at all Seriously, get a smaller denser core and you will be happy

Me, the ic went into the rad which went into the turbo and cracked both the manifold, turbo, and dp. Coolant covered the street. Did i mention this was only at 25mph and braking?

No crash bar =

Bigger is better, its not really for function its more for just looks. im still trying to figure out the size/dimensions i would actually want first...

my car isnt really for racing, its just for shows and having a little bit of fun by myself. i like the front mount i have right now, so i might hold on to it for a little bit..
and its a 600hp turbo and im making atleast 220..

You were probably looking at a 60-1 which is 61lb/min. The turbo will push as much psi as the engine will flow to the rated hp. A high flowing honda will max out the turbo at far less than something like a 1.8t in my TT. It may take a k series 16-20psi where it will take a 1.8t closer to 30psi

Since you will be well withen the efficiency of the turbo, your temps out of the turbo will barely be hot and a large IC not needed. A longer short fmic will be best and rated atleast 350hp

the crash bar is tucked into the bumper just below the grill. Please run a shorter ic and do not mess with the crash bar. You wont be makin enough heat with any of these turbos with 10psi or less to warrent a larger core.
