wondering about mods for my 2002 lancer OZ

wanted to but a cold air intake but i didnt know from who. AEM or INJEN?

What company do you prefer? They are basically the same. You might be able to find a used one on the site if you search for one in the market place.

I always prefer Injen when it comes to intakes and they're supposed to work really well with Lancers anyway.

I've heard alot about injen and about aem. but some say that aem isn't that good, performance wise.

It makes no difference, the gains are minimal at best.

40-200$ left in your pocket over buying a super dupper name brand one that does exacly what you built with your own hands.

Yet the best mod for a Lancer remains selling it, and investing on a different car
