Anyone Reach 300hp yet?

First of all im tired of people saying why dont u just get an evo or ralliart... um maybe cause economy is terrible and trading in a car isnt as easy as every rich @$$ thinks it is...

Anyways now that thats out, just curious if anyone reached 300hp on the 09 Lancer GTS yet, because the RRM turbo kit definitely does not get you even close to 300hp alone so just wondering if anyone got there so far... and if you did... what kind of set up did you do?

help a nub out

yeah, no stronger internals means no 300 whp. on stock motor i reached 276 whp though. unfortunately it was with a bad tune man those days were fun.....

you would definitely need stronger internals, and possibly a new (evo x) or sleeved block to do 300 whp

Well if we're talking crank #'s yitz was probably over 300 then :P .
And yeah... none of the major performance companies give a crap about the regular lancers sooo theres nothing very serious performance-wise out for it... even the turbo kits don't produce anywhere close to 300hp.

yeah, if you want upgraded internals, you can use the evo X pistons (if you have a 4B11, not 4B12) because theyre the same bore and will give you a 9:1 CR, but you would need custom rods made...evo X rods wont work.

no stroker available.

if you are talking about the JUN kit that everyone else on here does, its for the evo 4B11, no the lancer 4B11.......

My car can barely handle driving it hard without anything but intake and exhaust, this car is simply not made for performance. I used to think the same thing untill I started causing problems with my car just after a few quick take offs at stop lights and on ramps. ES stands for ECONOMY SEDAN

jjeje this topic is interesting ill be turbo this week so lets see what happens im wondering what will happen if I touch the 300 bhp barrier ? remember we have the evo x ecu conversion here in Puerto Rico so maybe , and hopefully my car will make some difference but as I said .. lets see what happens because testing this cars is interesting but also challenging just because of aftermarket support issues
