Fuel Problem 05 Lancer ES Turbo
ok sooo i have another prob with my lol
its funny but also getting tired of the shiznik lol wateva i try not to overstress n hopefully like you guys always do with me and many other help me solve the mystery lol im always thankful for it well here goes wat happened
driving to school on the highway everything was good but i felt the car not running 100% but guages reading good so whatever then i get off on my exit for school and when i hit the 2nd or 3rd red light my car just shuts off like i felt it vibrate and my A/F ration went super lean and boom off kinda how it did when i had leak so i pull over to check if it was leak from b4 but the pipe was good and everything set so im like weird i go back in my car to turn it on but it wouldnt stay on due to lack of gas so im like dam i need to turn it on real quick and at least get it into a parking lot so what i did was give it some gas n it turned long for 5 second long enough to put into a parking lot and then got it towed home and made a video for you guys to see what its doing thanks for the help guys i would b lost without yall sometimes lol

Ok guys so here is the update i took all of your advices first i went to get the CEL cheked and i got 2 new codes that havent been there before i got
P0108- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
and
P0401 Insufficient EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) Flow
i then went ahead and retighten my MAF intake coupler super tight but still no change i also plan on contacting RRM on monday with these codes or with the help i need once i find out what to do

bro same thing happened to me just now. I checked everything as well. it could be the tee lines or the connection to the boost guage because I tightened mine up and it ran good and died as well. Let me know what you find out because im not sure what the problem could be either, and trust me I checked all my connections and there still tight from before.

but i def know that it has to do with the MAP sensor and Intake Mani im just trying to find out which one it is and then fixing the right one and also my belts are squeking wayyyy 2 much before my car warms up so that cant be a good sign im gonna have those checked out once i find out the main problem n get it fixed get the belts fixed or tighten at the same time

Dam that sucks meng how did yours happen? 2 compare our things because im still trying to find out exactly how to fix mine i also checked everything n retighten some stuff but still not working good

well mine seems to want to start up and it will keep going but the idle will rise and drop constantly until it gives up and dies. My car is working now but it does it here and there. Take a look at your hoses and do a leak test. I had a small hole in mine and I think it was from the prosport boost gauge because it doesnt want to work anymore.
all tranny oil came out had to tow car bak to house and going sunday to get new one put in and then will change MAP sensor and hopefully car b bak 2 100% Thread
