. its taken u 2 or 3 years now to get ur 1st setup to beat my 3 week long project with a crappy fab and a base tune. kinda sad being that i was on 205/50/15 toyo all terrain tires.and my 12.8 was on my OLD OLD setup, and 4 years ago. LOL back when RABBIT was making 300+hp on a dogbox lancer.. i was on a 7 psi (off wastegate) tune that was spiking 16psi due to a GIANT exhaust leak on a broken turbo manifold, because of a crappy fab guy who wouldnt fix his product. and we never retuned it. just stuck to having fun in it beating the 4 other local turbo lancers running way more boost.

and that video u posted.. is/was my latest setup that did a 11.6 on its first pass without launching.. every pass after that i broke an axle on the line.

lemme know what u burn out 1st gears clutchpacks and overdrive because of to much torque. did that twice. ive got tons of pointers on how to rebuild the tranny in a short time.

ur welcome to come play with big boys all u want. fwd outlaw is what my cars setup for. never claimed it to be a street car. ill be taking my car to steele dragway in 6 weeks when it opens(hopefully), on an ALLmotor setup just to beat ur time. LOL

OH thanks btw.. i could of really cared less to work on my car. its been 11 or 12 months since i had even touched it. actually swapped to hondas and wasted 8k till i said F this POS and sold it.. havent spent a dime onthe lancer in well over a year and its been on stands because i wasnt putting another crappy 4g94 in it. LOL.

i have had my plans on what im doing to it for a while now. my motivation to start working on it again has been high, but weathers been to cold. hopefully it will be running in a few weeks. depending on if/when i have an off day. and im hoping to be at opening night with it for a few fun runs on a crap setup.

and FYI.. big turbos are way more fun. i prefurr my power near redline not at idle, i dont idle my way through a quartermile

Looking forward to seeing your lancer up and running again Demon.....and big turbo's are better, but since I'm keeping mine all stock inside the block, I'll probably leave mine as it is....Looking to pick up a 91 VR-4 Galant though that I'm gonna go ***** out on as far as building the sh*t out of

Both are nice cars, I try to not compare apples and oranges. @ 02 lancer es you beat my time for sure but i never had slicks and couldnt launch. Which in racing is just and excuse. you got me all there is to it, Good job keep up the good work. Have any idea what type of power you are putting down? And watch out for your axles I know i twisted 2 sets of axles. But then again i also blew 3 transmissions also. >.< Maybe once i get my current project is running and to the track i will get the status of fastest street lancer but till then she sits on jack stands. And @ Demon Hit me up on FB. I want to know how that project is coming!

They are awesome ! That is just car no driver . The car cut a 1.82 60' im sure it has much more in it since i only stalled it to 2800 but i don't want to risk it breaking at the track since it is my DD !

Do you know how much timing at peak load you are running?

A tuner here set my car to 10* peak load, didn't feel comfortable with that so I lowered it

hey 02-Lancer-Es do you have any kind of modifications on the head or is it completely stock head and block? Also what kind of fuel management mods are you running? injectors and pump, fpr/fmu etc. Reason I ask is cuz I am running 440cc injectors and walbro fuel pump at 10psi and 91 gas i made 195 whp / 210 tq for a couple of years now without any problem and was thinking of switching to E85 but my tuner is unsure if the stock motor will be able to handle the power gain from e85 though it will have enough fuel he says.

Just saw your dyno video with all the answers to my questions lol you do have bigger injectors than mine and an evo fpr but still stock motor except for the ported head. I guess I'll just have to try and find out first hand.

Not sure but I do think it might be more than that . I let the tuner handle that since I work at a performance shop with an in house dyno .
