Last 02-07 RRM Turbo Kit

Hey guys, I just wanted to share how great Road Race Motorsports has been in taking care of my car and the turbo kit installation. Rob let me know that this is going to be the last turbo kit they will be able to do for the car since i bought the last manifold. It already looks like a great investment and hope to get my car back to experience the new life in it. Id also like to thank the rest of his team for putting so much effort into the install to and taking care of the car itself rather than just installing and sending it out. Here's an image Rob sent me of the kit. Looks awesome

how much does it cost to have them install it? it's already a rip-off...you should have told them to leave out the 5th injector and get it tuned properly.

Don't really remember but it was 1500 flat and he dropped it to 1200 because it was an auto trans install.

that's crazy...and it's automatic...It's not my money, but to the OP you should really look at getting a set of injectors and proper tuning...you'll be glad you did.

@jimbo welll technically it's 2x the cars worth. But I mean custom cars are a money pit. Best I can do is maintain the hell out of it.

@cranswick yeah that's considered down the line. But for now just glad I can beat my friends base mustang. Those torque converters do wonders on boosted stock cars. I get way too much tire slip at WOT

Automatic, nothing shifts faster. The only problem is it can't hold as much power as a manual...what you need my friend, is an LSD.

Very clean looking. What's that little white box in the back left? I agree with Crans, you should get rid of the 5th injector set up and tune the ecu with ecuflash. That pipe with the 5th injector would be great for meth injection tho. A few members have said their exhaust manifold has cracked in the past so be sure to keep an eye on that. Any manifold can crack tho. Turbo's add a lot more heat. Post some videos when you get a chance.

Oooooo! Also be sure to recirculate that breather hose on the valve cover back into the intake or plug it. If you're running in closed loop it can throw your AFR off.
