Any led headlights that are dimmable for low beam daytime running lights?

Any led headlights that are dimmable for low beam daytime running lights?
I currently have led plug and play lights in my car but when its on daytime running light settings, the lights flicker. When i turn on my normal lights (typically at night) they dont flicker, I wanted to know if there are any other headlights out there that will not flicker and that I can control the brightness.
