Unhappy RRM Turbo kit price decrease?

I want a turbo kit very badly, but can't afford one. I really want the one from RRM because it seems to be the best. Does anyone know of any cheaper, but good quality turbo kits out there that have been tested? Does anyone think that RRM will lower their price anytime within the next year? Maybe a group buy could get them to lower their price a little. If anyone is interested let me know. Thanks for your help.

you can always try to find the turbo on your own and buy the kit without the turbo from RRM.

trust me it is worth getting their kit!!!!!!!!!!

www.staffordfabrication.com

$3300
Intercooled, T3, 7psi (I think), any color, fuel system upgrade, turbo manifold, and everything else needed.
They said they should be posting pics on the website soon, but they got hit by a hacker while back, might be longer.
I'll prolly go this way, just waiting for the rest of my funds to kick in.

Except there are very few problems with RRM. We all know they're on this page constantly and don't like change. I know that I'd probably go with the RRM turbo before the Stafford kit, but that's just me.

We know what the RRM turbo can do, but we haven't seen anyone try the Stafford. Just my .02

I personally would like to see the RRM kit price go down a couple hundred $$ - but i dont think it will and i guess im fine with that b/c i know when i either decide to lay down 4G on either RRM kit or the RIPP kit that is now comming out i will be putting 4G into a quality built product.

We all know RRM has some of the best stuff around for our cars and there awesome people and work hard for us lancer guys, so i have no problem paying a little more to get better service and expert advice and quality parts.

As for RIPP - they havent been out to long, but i like there idea of the supercharger in the lancer and think its a quality product although im not sure/havent used it or talked to someone who has it.

But my point is - sometimes you have to pay a little more, but alteast u know your getting a quality product and not some 1,000$ ebay kit that wont last long or will take tons of custom work to just fit in your car b/c u were cheap and will cause more head achs than its worth.

bushur racing already makes downpipes for our car. and the RRM one uses the stock down pipe but it must retain the flex part in it.
