well..after i put my test pipe on mt exhaust smells like that of a lawn mower. lol...since i have no cats...is it supposed to smell like this???

 

mine does the same thing.. but my cat is still on.. i cut off the resonator and replaced it with a strait pipe, and installed a new exhaust and it smells like that of a lawnmower.. heh not sure if its 'normal' but it does happen..

 

perfectly normal, goes away in a few days.

 

do you have a CE light?

 

i think what that smell would be is the heat from the exhaust gases burning away oils and such that are on the new parts of the piping... goes away eventually
