my tsi turbo kit came with a turbo manifold ,its the same head as a mirage, look at turbo specialties incorporated or call them they sell pieces of the kit ,and probablly the manifold separatly as well .The manifold hooks right up to my garrett t-25.

RPW makes a Turbo manifold as well. They use a T-25 in their stage I kits, you might wanna PM mitsiman or check out: http://www.visionimports.com/MainMenu.html

Vision is the primary RPW dealer in the US. Try e-mailing or calling them for pricing details. Just another option for you.

To help ballpark, I've seen the RPW turbo manifold sell for $600.

I would think it costs more because you have to have it fabbed up. Plus it's not like just bending 4 pipes to any length; you'd want optimal length for each one to get better flow characteristics.

Yeah, it does seem a little steep, but when you compare that to prefabbed kits, you can get away with paying less if you can put the pieces together.

You can also look into Mirage manifolds since the 4g93 is the same as ours except having been bored out that extra .2 of a liter.

yeah, i think piecing it together will be the route i'll go unless a lot of dough falls into my lap. when you say mirage manifold do you mean a turbo'd mirage? if so i those things have got to be more rare than a pimp with a heart of gold.

speaking of piecing it together, will a intercooler and pipes from a Evo fit my 03 automatic?? might as well get the easy stuff while hunting for the manifold...

The estimate of the cost of my manifold was $800-$1,000 for a point of reference. Thankfully I got a lot of the work done free of charge, but unfortunately I did not receive an itemized bill, and ILP Performance has been out of business for over a year now. If and when I replace this manifold I think I'm going to fab one myself from mild steel. I think it'd be a fun project.
