Anyone that has the Sony MP-70 HU have you seen this piece anywhere on the deck? It popped off somewhere on the outside of the HU I believe.

 

how did you pop it off? it probably goes one one of the edges or something, maybe the back

 

popped out when pulling out the deck. Not sure where it goes or if it is important. My first guess was a gapper, but I'm lost.

 

form pulling out your deck? the hell..haha sounds like a cheap-o head unit. j/k thats mostlikely what it is..cause if it came out from just doing that then it musta not been that important. i'd still check by pulling out the entire unit and taking a look around it

 

Thats what I was thinking. I don't think it is that important, but anyone with the Sony MP-70 if you know where it goes please let me know. If were important I don't think it would have fell off that easy. From the looks of it no screws were attached to it and it seemed like it just clips on somewhere.
