hmmm, i think with a bit of fiberglassing and reinforcement work it will look lovely in my boot, however i wont need an engine with all that power in the boot, could be a b i t c h on aerodynamics and the cops would chase me all the timebut i would be fun.
no where did i put all those spare batteries.

(gives a cheesy mutly chuckle)

that's inside of a bread truck. i believe it was a 60" sub. they burped it once at 18 hz or something ridiculously low and the truck almost imploded.

HAHA . I was at the world finals and saw it in action . Richard Clark built the "sub" and Tim Monor (i think thats his name) built the van . Tim didnt buld the van to Richard's spec's , the cut out was to big . So at the show they had to mod it to work and it kinda worked but not great . BTW the "sub" was not realy a speaker it just went back and forth @ a certin HZ . Here is the funny part benind the "magnet-cover" was 3 (i think it was 3) starter motor's , a flywheel and a connecting rod . As the flywheel truned the rod moved the "speaker" in and out . it was using dc voltage no amps (they were just for show) and in the finals the "rod" snaped in half . But it was crazy the see and hear !

anyone know what kind of power it took to push that? I could never imagine it playing music, just moving the cone back and forth like you said.

The hertz drone must have been mind boggling to the ears.
