i'm about to pick up 4 alpine type r coaxial speakers and needed to know if the covers they come with fit on them when they're in the door, or if its better to just leave them off b/c the speaker screen will be over them anyway. just needed to know from anyone who has them or knows about it! Thanks

Just leave the grills off the speaker the door panel will cover them and you have nothing to worry about. The only thing I would make sure is that the window will not hit the speaker. I have to make a spacer for my focal components because they sit to far back in the door and will hit the window.
