i was just wondering who has the orbit double din conversion and what there setup is like ex. pc mac or whats hooked up to it and is it worth it

 

its actually for double din decks such as the pioneer indash navigation or a DVD player that is not flip up. I guess you could hook up a computer too it but I don't know of anyone who has.

and btw, I jsut got my kit from them, its nice and has good instructions, but something came up so I may have to sell it before I can install it, i've test fitted all the panels and the colors and texture are really close to stock. I like it quite a bit. I might post mine in the FS forum if you are interested. I still haven' made my decesion yet though.

 

well i only have the bottom half, because i just molded a 7" lcd into the oem radio bezle.

got my xbox 360 hooked up to it with a 300gb hard drive for mp3's and movies.


and i do know of some people who have put a touch screen in and hooked up a car pc/gps nav system to it
