system problem

I have everything hooked up Subs, sub amp, 6.5s, 6.5s amp. Wiring for RCA Cables and Speaker wires are on one side of the car, The power antenna and power wire from the battery are on the other. When I use the window controls or my door locks when the cd player is on you can hear a popping noise through the speakers. same with my newly installed foglights. Any idea what could cause this?

Not the sub amp, the speaker amp... The "noise" is coming from the 6.5s, right?

Did you run new speaker wire for the speakers?

Reason I said it was clipping, was because I had the same problem... My bad, cuz I was running my 4 channel bridged into 2-channel while running 2 tweets and a mid-bass. Started crackling after volume #8 of 25 on my Alpine. Also did it also when I used an additional-draw electrical devices...Sunroof, PWs, etc etc.

Amp now runs the speaks with just the front 2 channels. 50RMS and sounds awesome might I add!

Where's the headunit grounded?

The crappy little antenna ground that the factory uses is fine for what was originally in the car, but doesn't offer the best grounding with aftermarket. Try running a wire down to the lower area of the center console and grounding the one of the bolts down there... make sure to strip the paint off from your grounds and check over all your wiring to make sure nothing is bared and nothing is loose.
