hey i want to take out my deck to try and clean it or get it fixed. i was wondering on how to pull it out of there, first i know i gota take that silver surrounding thing off.. anyone can tell me how? do i just get a flat head and try to pop it off??

another thing is i was wondering if it would be ok to use my stock radio for now until i get a new deck/ old one fixed.. i have sub and amp, will it get messed up if i run the stock radio?

to get the stock radio off, first take off yo AC dials...the unscrew the 2 screws there...then grab and pull off...after the plate is off, just unscrew the deck and Vualoa! (sp?)
