My neighbor has a 06 lancer and we were looking for the best place to hide your wires to the trunk.

 

I just drilled a hole a little to the left and down from where the brake pedal is. Whatever you do, remember, measure 2, 3, 4, 5 times, then drill

 

I ran mine behind the fender...

Open your driver door and you can kinda see into the engine bay through the fender...if that even makes sense. Didnt have to drill a hole that way, and then I ran it under my door sill pannel.

I lost my camera or I would take a pic for you.

 

Through the firewall (passenger side), through the kick panel, through the door sill, through the center pillar, through the door sill, through the crease in between the seats and the seat bracket...done!
