Single Din to Double Din
Nice work on the relocation of the air cond... as a suggestion as this is something that I have been thinking about is making a fibreglass mold of the original surrounds and then cut that to shape so that it fits and screws to the air cond unit just like the factory one does and you should be able to screw the under side to the external covering and then fit up to the air cond...
quik question for you did you have to make up some special brackets to keep the air cond box in place ?
if you get stuck with the DD surrounds I have a factory ones for sale these are a direct replacement part but good job on the work
