Windows

I just installed an Alpine HU, amp and woofer in my car. After having the windows rollef down, I rolled them back up after a drive. I noticed that they went up a lot slower than they used....almost like they were being held down for some reason. Could it be that the HU and amp are taking power from the car??????
Would a grounding kit help it out??

at that point were you drawing a ****load of power with the amp? 120db (or something crazy) of Bass really draws some power.

yeah, if the bass was really hitting that might be it. you might try them with neither turned on and if it still does it you'll know it's not the amp. if it doesn't do it, it might be the amp, but i've never had any of my cars do that even with 4 subs 2 high current amps plus mid/high amp.

Is the amp hooked up to the stock fuse block, or did you tap off of the battery? Also, what kind of draw: 4 ohms, 2 ohms, 1 ohm...?
