so i got to install my bluetooth microphone yesterday and set all that up. just thought everyone would like to see pics. where the mic is now, it is the best possible place for the microphone. i tried it in 3 different places (steering column, in radio pocket on dash, and on top left of dash kit) and this position resulted in the best spot so people on the other line could hear me. simple plug and play; plug in the microphone to the back of the radio and connect your phone to radio and that is it! i didnt use the mic holder that came with the radio though, because it would stick out about 2 inches. instead i had some wire "holders" from radioshack that the mic fit into perfectly and drilled a small hole and bolted it to the a pillar. I also took a small piece of double sided foam and left one sides cover on (the side touching the pillar) so it gave it some force to hold the screw tighter, but it can still be turned if needed.

notice the awesome placement of the radar detector. provides less sun damage and it is closer to my ear, resulting in being able to hear it when loud music is playing

Looks pretty good. What's with the warping of dash kit though? Is that the Metra Kit?

yes thats metra and it comes like that, idk why.....

Looks nice! I love my Pioneer bluetooth.

I'm removing my Metra install kit, and replacing it with a JDM Mitsubishi install kit. A little pricey, but the Metra kit just bothers me too much.
