Question car audio receiver install problem

i just finished installing a receiver, pioneer deh-2000mp, in my 2002 lancer es. i tested it to see if it worked before i put it into the dash, and it worked. it turned on and played the radio fine. afterwards, i mounted on the brackets that were on the old receiver and put it back in the dash. now, it does not turn on, but on the passenger side i hear an electronic buzz for maybe 3seconds and then it stops and it does that 1 more time and then nothing. also my clock does not show up anymore. i checked fuses, and none of them are broken. i have no idea that is going on. this is my first time installing. i followed this wiring chart:

FUNCTION PIN WIRE COLOR
Accessory 12 Volt 11 BU/YW
Constant 12 Volt 10 RD/BK
Chassis Ground BODY
Power Antenna 4 YW
Remote
Illumination 3 GN/WT
Dimmer 9 BK/YW
FUSE VALUE FUSE LABEL FUSEBOX LOCATION
10 AMP #17 DRIVER'S SIDE UNDER HOOD
10 AMP #18 DRIVER'S SIDE UNDER HOOD

If the vehicle is equipped with six-speakers, the tweeters will be wired in parallel with the door woofers. Front speaker wire colors are the same at the tweeter and woofer locations.

Left Front Spkr + 2 RD/WT
Left Front Spkr - 8 RD/BU
Right Front Spkr + 1 RD
Right Front Spkr - 7 GN
Left Rear Spkr + 5 WT/BU
Left Rear Spkr - 13 YW/RD
Right Rear Spkr + 6 L.GN
Right Rear Spkr - 14 YW/GN
At Speaker YW/BK
At Speaker YW/RD
At Speaker L.GN
At Speaker YW/GN

any ideas as to what could be wrong?

edit:: my power lock, keyless entry, and clock are also down.
