Concerning 15's and 18's.....

Has anyone here ever had any experience with larger subs like some 15's or even an 18 in the trunk of our car? Pictures would be awesome. I want to know what my limitations are dimensions wise, seeing as my irs $ is going to a new setup. i know that the volume is decent in the trunk, but getting it through that horribly narrowed opening is a pain.

I had a 15" in the EVO.... too much bass and the response of it was really slow. I had to put a 50ms delay on the full range speakers just to sync the highs to the lows. I then went back to stock on the EVO and put the amp and 12" in the ES, sounds much better. But as far as 15"s you can get 1 in there... thats it. And depending on the volume the speaker needs, you may be building the box in the trunk.
