Baller/Thug same thing to me. And to correct you about the altezzas they are not "euro." They were originally on the toyota altezza. Which is Japanese. 90% of the cars Ive seen with altezzas I would consider rice. Meaning they have stickers, body kits, big wings, and that sort of stuff, with little or no performance mods done to their car. The cars I usually see with altezzas are non Si civics, accords, and a lot of v6 mustangs. Yea there are some people that will throw altezzas on a fast car but what I notice if the car has altezzas its usually pretty slow and therefor by my definition....Rice.

Good observation! So do F150 Lightnings, and lexus RX 300s. Many cars have started to create a light with a similar look. But we were talking about people that "mod" their car with the lights and really cool stickers that make their car go like 100 times faster. But good looking out with the EVO lights! If only everyone knew about the Altezza lights on the EVO ricers everywhere would be creaming their pants.

There might be some confusion so let me say this. Having a fast car does not stop someone from being a ricer. You take an Evo throw some decals on it....BAM theres a ricer. Mustang Cobra SVT neon lights and some altezzas. You got another ricer. 300zx + body kit + decals + a big retarded wing = ricer. So many combinations.

 

In essence anyone who looks like they could be in the Fast and the Furious is considered a ricer. Except of course a rally car, but that's not rice, that's rally. They do have the oversized wing sometimes, body kit, decals, but they are kick ***.

or the stickers are just little logos along the side skirts or right behind the front tires, showcasing the mods you HAVE done to ur car, not WANT to do.

and some body kits....aka AERO KITS actually do provide use...such as...well..AERO..u decide...channels air to the right spots to keep it pinned to the ground giving better handling/acceleration etc..Mc Laren F-1 for example(while u dont add a body kit..it has 'body-kit-like' features that channel air flow to keep it on the ground when its hittin 240+mph....

altezzas...if they are the cheap yellow faded ones..or the 2g DSMS with the middle part altezza also...or something just nasty lookin..like the mustang altezzas with the 2 big red dots those look horrid.

i could see if ur goin for a chrome look...chrome wheels, chrome window trim, chrome grill, i could see chrome altezzas doin good...but if ur all black and have bright chrome altezzas it just doesnt look all good there lmao. i like altezzas i won't lie..but some cars just shouldn't have em.

 

Well, I live in a college town so I see a ton of ricers. The same guy has been driving around with his bodykit unpainted for about 6 months now. Not a quick eclipse either. But, it's your car. Now I'm not saying those thing are bad, but when you see a mustang with two (yes 2) spoilers stacked on top of each other, you have to wonder what he's thinking. I never said the kits were useless, just that most of the people I see around town are ricers because you pull up next to them expecting to hear a CAI but, yet you hear nothing. The eyes are decieved by the AEMCAI sticker on the back window. Probably just because I'm a big sleeper fan.

Yea i know my Catera is so riced out!. Lets see, I have so many stickers, a crazy body kit, and the biggest wing ever.

But in reality my car has nothing done to it. Dont need to when my cars a German built rear wheel drive car with 200HP stock. Also came with a nice Bose stereo, HIDs, and everything else that makes a car fully loaded.

But if thats what rice is then what do you call all those cars with decals and wings?

well someone in my area has a 97 red cavy...with a white body kit and he just got a white spoiler...unpainted its still the primer kinda white...and hes been driving it for 4....5+ months...its so nasty lookin i laugh all the time lol.

i wouldnt mind a Cadi...as long as it is the STS 32v northstar v8 they run low 15's i think, not bad for an old guy car eh?
