2 10" JL W7s. according to JL, they each have an RMS of 500. put them on a JL 1000/1 and you will be set and LOUD

that is, if you have the money

Heres some nice pairs of 1000RMS subs

You could get 2 Alpine R @ sonicelectronix
Peak: 1500 watts
RMS: 500 watts

They go for 2x $120 + Free Shipping = $240

Better yet Alpine R @ Crutchfield

2x $100 + Free Shipping = $200 (Good a$$ Deal)

These is like the most popular subwoofer on the site, I know a lot of people that have either one of two of these, they sound really good anyways

Or you could get 2 JL w7 @ sonicelectronix
Peak: 1500 watts
RMS: 750 watts

2x $370 + 2x $45 Shipping = $830

Or JL W7 @ Crutchfield

2x $640 + Free Shipping = $1280

Sonic has it for almost 50% of this

My boss has one 10" in his f-150 in a custom box built for it and it sounds really nice im not gonna lie, but for that amount of money... unless you want to use it for competitions and stuff or if you really need like "as close to perfect bass as you can get" I dont recommend, it eh its up to you.

And if you really have the money to buy the JL W7 I would recommend you check out Digital Designs Audio or Ascendant Audio before sticking with the JL.

Never heard these before but their all over youtube and people say they are better than JL,
Only bad thing I can think about these is that I havnt found an online dealer so a local shop might ripp u off.

Im no audio expert or anything, very far from it, just trying to give you my advice.

haha in that case, nvmd anything I said

id go with a Hifonics HFi1000D
and 2 Hifonics ZX10D4 sunwoofers.

that should sound pretty nice and be within your budget. I really like Hifonics because they are pretty cheap, but are really good stuff. look up those subs and amp and see what you think

amp

I never heard a hifonics sub so I cant recommend it but, but I know a lot of people that have their amps, solid amps.

Anyways I definitely recommend the type R, for 200 bucks ur getting 2 nice 500 rms sub, check em out on youtube, lot of people have them...

And if u listen to old rap u would notice even eazy-e raps about them :0

Not sure if you would entertain the idea of single 10", but if you are looking to get pretty loud with just a single woofer and still stay in the $600 range here is my suggestion.

Single 10" Audio Que HDC3 with dual 2 ohm coils. Price is $229 and probably around $40 or so for shipping.

Then for an amp to power it I would suggest a Sundown saz-1000d which is 1,000watts rms at 1 ohm. Price is $275 plus shipping. Authorized Sundown internet dealer.

I would also check out www.diyma.com it is a car audio forum which has a lot of useful information.
