Need help with harness and new head unit

I'm installing a new head unit in my evo and need some help. I bought a mitsubishi harness and theres a couple of wires I'm not sure how to match up with the head unit's harness. On the mitsu harness there is a solid orange wire that that says illumination/dash and there is an orange/white wire that says dimmer. On the head unit's harness there is a orange/white wire that says ILL (standing for illumination I suppose) but no wire for dimmer. So which wire do I connect to the ILL of the head unit's harness? If I connect the illumination wire the colors won't match, if connect dimmer the wording doesn't match. One more thing I heard that the ground is wired in with the antenna cable on mitsubishi cars, is this true? There's no wire on the mitsu harness for ground but there is a ground wire on the head unit's harness.

btw what a PITA to take out the side screws that attach the stock head unit to the bracket, can't do it by hand and tried using a battery powered drill, will a more powerful drill help?

about the wiring... if you go to circuit city they sell wiring harnesses for all types of head units that you don't need to wire. they simply clip, so no need to hardwire, solder, or electric tape anything. i managed all my clips by hand, so i dunno how to help you with that though.
