I own a lancer year 2000 4 doors, i wish to know if there is an mp3 changer or jukebox that i can buy online and adapt it to the original Head unit

adapt an mp3 player to the head unit? can't help ya, cause i don't know if your head units has rca ins. why not spend 400 bucks on an mp3 playing head unit?

I suppose it has the RCA ins because it has cd chnger controls on the head unit

 

well. If you have rca's, just run an rca from your mp3 players out put to the input on the head unit. It can look a little unsightly though. wires running around your car to a portable unit that slides around as you corner. From my experience the bay mounted units skip less too.
